Use of services

You agree to use the Altora Security online services only for lawful business purposes related to your account, monitoring, service requests, inspections, billing, and related account activity. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through forms, dispatch instructions, responsible-party updates, and credential order requests.

Client portal accounts

Client portal access is provided by invitation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Billing and payments

Invoice payments and credit card / payment method updates are processed through PCI-compliant third-party providers (such as Jobber Client Hub / Jobber Payments). Altora Security does not collect, store, or process full credit card numbers on this website.

Dispatch and monitoring

Dispatch preferences, responsible-party lists, and monitoring instructions submitted through the client portal are used to service your account. Changes may require admin review before taking effect. Altora Security is not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by inaccurate or outdated information you provide.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altora Security and Fireside Security Group Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of these online services. Nothing in these terms limits any obligations set out in your signed service agreement, which controls in the event of a conflict.
